Shipping / Delivery Information
Your order(s) will be processed on a daily basis on working days, which is Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holiday).
We will send out your order within 48-hour (during working days) upon receiving your payment.
After sending out your parcel, we shall inform you of the tracking number through your contact email. If you did not receive your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
If you have given us an undelivered address or contact number thus causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel.
Shipping and handling rates are determined by the total weight / dimension of all of the merchandise ordered. Your delivery charges will be shown during checkout steps.
Please take note that for now, only shipping to Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Italy, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and U.S.A. addresses is available. Shipping to other countries apart from these countries is NOT AVAILABLE using this website. If your country is not available, please use the CONTACT US form to enquire about shipping rate to your country.
DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
All the items in HAPPYSTORE are brand NEW (unless specifically stated otherwise).
If you have received an item that's having manufacturing defect or have missing items from your order, contact us by email
within 3 business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. For manufacturing defect items, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the defect of the item as well as the condition of any packaging via email. In the event that an order contains defective items for which a customer does not wish for a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items to claim refund.
For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.
We are not responsible for damage due to delivery company (we take extra care in packaging your order) or opening by Customs (delivering to another country is subject to Customs inspection, they MAY open up the packaging to inspect items inside).
For successful refund claim, we only refund the price for the collectible(s) purchased. We do not refund both shipping to you and returned shipping by you.
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may have "sold out" situation for a particular item. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within two (2) business day from the date of your order.
